    On your ride: My riding skills are not improving as quickly as I would like. Each time I get on the bike, I'm just repeating the same patterns. I'm struggling to track my progress, not setting realistic goals for my riding, and getting frustrated with my lack of improvement.

    In your life: I’m struggling to achieve personal goals, feeling unfulfilled in my career or relationships. I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the goals I set, leading to procrastination. I'm unsure of the steps needed to move forward. I often abandon goals midway due to a lack of progress or external validation.

  • Habit Formation & Behavioural Change

    On your ride: I have developed bad riding habits but I am not sure what those are. I'm also struggling to develop good riding habits and feeling like I'm not making real progress.

    In your life: I'm struggling to create healthy habits and/or I am stuck in unhealthy patterns. I'm also struggling to break free from negative self-talk, feeling stuck in a rut, and lacking motivation to make changes. I'm having trouble creating a plan to make positive changes.

  • Stress & Anxiety Management

    On your ride: I am concerned that I'm going to crash or lose control of my bike. I don't trust in my skills and abilities. I'm also getting anxious about riding in certain conditions and feeling like I'm not in complete control. I'm tense and on edge while riding.

    In your life: I keep dwelling on negative thoughts, lacking motivation and enthusiasm. I'm also struggling to manage my emotions, feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, and having trouble sleeping. I'm getting stuck in a cycle of worry and fear.

    Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

    On your ride: I feel that I am unable to trust my bike, my tires or my abilities or I sometimes let my ego get in the way. I'm also struggling to overcome fear and doubt while riding, feeling like I'm not good enough, and lacking confidence in my skills. I'm getting caught up in trying to impress others rather than focusing on my own improvement.

I'm also struggling to let go of fear and doubt, feeling stuck in a mindset that's holding me back, and lacking confidence in my abilities. I'm getting stuck in a cycle of negative thinking.

    Creating a positive mindset

    On your ride: I lack confidence and recovery is challenging after a crash or unexpected situation while riding. I'm also struggling to adapt to new riding conditions and feeling like I'm not in control. I'm hesitant to try new things or taking acceptable risks to advance my skills while riding.

    In your life: I am struggling to bounce back from setbacks, feeling stuck in challenges. I'm also lacking confidence in my abilities, feeling uncertain about my future, and struggling to take risks. I'm getting discouraged and feeling like I'm not good enough.

  • Mindfulness & Presence

    On your ride: I am so tense that I don't get to enjoy the ride as much as I think I should. I have no real idea about my body position and how it affects my riding. I'm also not paying attention to my surroundings, not noticing obstacles or hazards, and feeling disconnected from the ride.

    your life: I'm feeling disconnected from thoughts and emotions, I'm just going through the motions. I'm also struggling to stay present in conversations, feeling like I'm on autopilot, and lacking emotional intelligence. I'm having trouble being aware of my thoughts and feelings.
